I ordered this for a renovation project. We just installed it ( yes 9 months later) and it leaked everywhere. After some research we discovered it’s a common issue. I have no way to return it and out 460!

This unit heats water quickly and looks great on the counter. The compact size of the water heater tank fits nicely under the sink.
