Contractor said screws were not strong enough to hold up the heater on the ceiling. He used his own bolts. Otherwise, worked well.

It gets the job done of course, but it seems expensive for what it is. Also, the plugs that come with the kit are fairly poor - I can pull the screws out of the plugs even when the plug is in the ceiling, meaning it's not trustworthy with the weight of an 800w panel. I used metal drywall anchors instead. Lastly, it hangs down from the ceiling more than desired, with no way to adjust this.
