As I put in my review of the heater itself, the whole unit is just ok. It's installed on the ceiling of a basement utility room with a washer dryer combo in it, and while it takes the chill off, it never becomes fully warm, no matter how you program it. (And my handyman said it's not a very intuitive thermostat and doesn't respond the way it should...)

Definitely glad I got this for my wall panel heater. It's pretty good. I'm only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the instructions are not great and I think the temperature reads a little high, but it does it's job.
