I love this! What a cool feature in our home

Love it! Quality materials, very sturdy, and functional. Exactly what I needed for my closet. I would’ve given 5 stars but the length of the rod (4’) is not given in the description. I took a chance and ordered it anyway. Luckily, it fit my space. I would recommend this ladder.

Great quality and not a great value because nowhere in the description does it tell you the width of the track. You need to add on more track if you expect it to be an actual library ladder. Thankfully customer service is responsive and quick to help ❤️ but I still don’t have connectors to add more rails to the track. For the price they should include at least 3 rails and connectors.

The picture is very deceiving. The width is very narrow, about 3 feet. Our book case is 7 feet and we are trying to find a way to make it span the width of our bookcase. Can you buy more of the slider rod separately? It would be great if they did.

Ladder is solidly built and glides smoothly, but only has 4 ft. of rail included. Who would need a rolling ladder that only travels 4 ft. ? Wayfair also doesn't sell compatible rail extensions for this ladder, but they will gladly sell you the wrong rails and then force you to go through their painful and onerous return process
