Lots of pieces and it took some time to put it together, that being said it seems solid. I will be using it for my attic space so I will only use it a handful of times a year. Not sure how it would hold up using it daily. But I like using this much better than getting my stepladder out every time I go up there. And I like that the ladder comes off the rail to store when not in use.

Very nice addition to our home! I have a very high ledge in my foyer that is large enough to have large plant for decor. Up until now , I have only had artificial there because it is just too difficult to drag a ladder out every time I need to water them. At christmas time I put a lighted christmas village in this space which is a big chore on a step ladder. This solves the problem in a very decorative way. It has already been a conversation piece. The ladder and rail are black aluminum metal and look very attractive. The ladder glides quietly and smoothly across the rail at the top. I can push the ladder up close to the wall when I am not using it. Then I can move it away from the wall to easily climb to the ledge above. I feel very comfortable because this is a stable and sturdy built item. There are locks on the wheels on the base of each leg to make it even safer. There are 8 perfectly spaced steps. The steps have ridges to help to reduce slippage. This would be perfect for anyone with a loft or an attic or book shelves to reach as well. The installation was simple and building the ladder took a little time but can be a 1 person project. The assembly booklet is detailed and clear and all of the necessary hardware is included.

This ladder is light weight, but once put together feels sturdy and solid. I expected this to come with an extra rail, because it states that you can switch from one rail to another. However, only one rail is included. The black paint may chip over time. Some steps arrived bent, but Wayfair quickly sent a replacement. Being a visual learner and directionally challenged, my biggest issue with this ladder was the instructions. Word of advice…. Put the wheels and hook ladders on before the steps. Be sure to add plastic tube to each nail for the steps. Otherwise great lightweight ladder.

We have a barn loft where we store items and are always having to drag out a ladder. I was so excited to see this rolling ladder! It’s perfect for gaining access to the loft and then hangs on the wall flat when not needed. The ladder was a little challenging. My husband said he did have some issues with the screws provided. He used some other screws he had on hand.

This is a very nice sturdy ladder once it is put together. The assembly took me some time and I did not feel like the directions were clear, but after playing with it, I figured it out. Would buy again.
