Just received my ladder and immediately used it. Super easy to use and folds nicely for storage. Great find!!

Missing parts, no follow through with customer service. Unable to complete assembly. However the latter is very sturdy.

I really like this ladder. I like the wide steps and the handrails. It’s a bit too heavy for me to carry it around though.

My son put the two arms on the ladder plus the tray that's on the top. The ladder is very sturdy. My son thought it was great. I'm 83 and still climbing ladders, but I wouldn't dare climb one now without handrails and non-slip steps. It's just great all around.
