Sturdy so a bit heavy to move but compacts nicely. I do wish the clips were more high quality and the tray could be left on when shortened.

delivered 3 days late. The ladder is way too heavy

This is dangerous! Do not use. I was feeling very exited for this ladder as it would be space saving. However, the telescopic mechanism doesn't engage unless all are completely engaged. The ladder nearly fell over twice while I was trying to use it. The support brackets also are cheap and weak. I have not tried using the ladder straight, but I am very scared to. Unfortunately, I tried to return it, and was outside the window of return by 1 day - so they wouldn't allow it. I am very unhappy, as this was not an inexpensive purchase, and now I'm scared to use it.

This telescopic ladder is sturdy, practical and easy to operate. It is also nice looking and easy to carry around.

Only gave 4 stars due to weight. Very heavy to move around. Otherwise really like telescopic feature.
