I like this ladder hardware. It feels sturdy and tough enough to handle the ladder when rolling back and forth. The color is okay but we made it work. It was simple to install. Our ladder was too short to touch the floor even with the wheels so I have to get a different ladder. Note, measure twice and order it right lol. The wheels do roll very smoothly. Overall it is nice and would recommend it.

I knew this item was only the rail system and hardware and that it did not come with the actual ladder. My issue is with how the listing description was presented. The size ordering was wildly confusing leaving me unsure what size to order. I ultimately interpreted it wrong and now the system is too short to use in my library. The wording needs improvement to understand exactly what size you need to order for your specific space. I could not install it but took photos of the equipment that was included.
