This item does seem high quality and a great price. Problem is, the online description needs to be clearer. You have to have a window or door that has to be modified for you to use system. Most people wouldn’t order if they knew the requirements in advance.

Just received so I have not had a lot of use but it was easy enough to set up and the air is cold!

It’s large for a 12,000 BTU and it didn’t come with a drain hose and you have to manually set the cold air vent most other makes come with auto setting. All over a little disappointed
