J'ai refusé de prendre le colis à la livraison par FedEx. La boite était en très mauvaise état et en plus je suis convaincue que c'était un produit qui avait déjà été retourné. Le fond de la boite était découpé tout le tour et collé avec de multiples couches de tapes d'emballage. J'ai voulu communiquer avec Wayfair et les deux fois que j'ai obtenu une sonnerie j'avais comme réponse un son de  fortement de téléphone dans une poche de quelqu'un qui était probablement en télétravaille et n'était pas conscient de mon appel. Le premier coup j'ai attendu 4 minutes et la seconde fois j'ai attendu 10 minutes sans succès. Je dépense plus de mille dollars et j'ai même pas un service égale a mon dépanneur du coin ou j'achète mon café le matin. Le plus terrible Wayfair pense que j'ai reçu mon air climatisé. C'est ma première fois avec Wayfait et ma DERNIÈRE.

No Regrets. Worked great right out of the box, comfortable and convenient. We installed it near a sliding patio door instead of a window and there were no problems. The only puzzling thing was the parts list showed a "pre-installed carbon filter". We did not get that. There was a hybrid filter with some loosely woven carbon mesh on one side, packed separately. The parts list is probably out of date.

Relatively quiet, powerful, sleek looking unit. I appreciate being able to turn it on via phone when I'm away to cool down my apartment before I get home.
