Originally had some issues with the order but customer service was a pleasure to deal with and resolved the problem very quickly. Pad is well made and looks great.

Exactly what we needed to replace an old, bent, ugly pad. The trick was lifting the VERY heavy wood stove and slipping it under. I was surprised that the front edge doesn't taper down. It kind of looks like it does in the picture.

The hearth pad was exactly what I was looking for for our new pellet stove. The pad was delivered in very short order and the delivery experience could not have been better. This was my first online order with Wayfair and was pleasantly satisfied with the order process from start to finish.

Seems like a great product. Sturdy, and makes a wood stove installation very easy. The slate pattern printed on the tiles, however, is a little cheesy. I'd give it 5 stars if it was plain black.
