Great quality ladder and surprisingly lightweight for being metal. Assembly wasn’t difficult, but it was time consuming. Mine is a little large for my loft, so I appreciate that it comes in multiple sizes. I chose the 4-ft rail and wish I’d gone longer so it could span more distance. Overall, it feels sturdy, looks great, and is a really smart design. Highly recommend!

This came fast and well packed. I ordered the twelve foot rail system but only had 11 ft but I was able to shorten the rail with very little issue… let me talk about the ladder - the instructions are very poor - you have to assemble from pictures that are not very detailed. So please don’t order unless you are handy. When putting on the steps use a power tool - it’s nearly impossible using their included tool. It’s nice but not worthy of any more than three stars

Love it. The price is friendly, and it's such a cool visual element even if it isn't totally necessary - LOL. We're installing this rolling ladder in our family room with built-ins. Can't wait for husband to assemble parts which were all complete and packaged perfectly. First we have to make some tweaks to get the shelves ready for the track - I wanted to have all of the moving parts in place first before any modifications.

It was pretty easy to put together and install. I got really lucky to have a shelf that was right at the correct height because I built the bookshelf before ordering the ladder. I ordered it 12’ wide and it came with two extra rods to get that length. The locking wheels would be safer for the kids but I like to ride the ladder along from side to side. I didn’t realize the top clamp adjusted and you could push the ladder flush with the wall when not using. Overall I am really happy with how it works and how it’s made.
