There are some good features to this air conditioner. It is lightweight and easy to carry and install into the window. It has several modes and the lowest setting makes very little noise. The "quiet" setting is very quiet. It doesn't give the cold cooling feeling that old air conditioners do and feels more like a central air conditioning system. My windows are non standard wide so I had to adjust the installation recommendations. We haven't any excessive heat since I installed it so it will be interesting to see if it cools sufficiently at those temperatures. The low noise factor is a huge draw.

I do not recommend this product. Not as I expected. It's a 11000 BTU not 12000 as described.
