I’m very happy because you deliver it just in time for mothers day

Very disappointing. After installing the heavy air conditioner, it only blew warm air. Since it's difficult for me to lift and install something this heavy, finding out it didn't work was incredibly frustrating. It also very frustrating to see that the remote required a tiny screwdriver to install the batteries, but one wasn't included, so I had to buy one separately.

great worked right in and pluged in and worked fine

So far, I'm very happy work. Great, no problem with the installation.

This air conditioning unit comes in a very large, very heavy box. It was my mistake that I believed it to be the size of a window unit. It is much much larger. I also did not read the specifications, because I believe the outlet needed for the power supply is different than what we currently have wired into our home. So be sure to check everything before purchasing.
