I’ve been pretty happy with this unit overall. It cools the room quickly and isn’t overly loud even when running at night. The Wi-Fi control is convenient because I can turn it on before going into the room, although getting everything connected took a little patience. The heat setting is a nice bonus and works well for taking the chill out of the room, but I wouldn’t expect it to replace a regular heater when it gets freezing cold. My main complaint is that the unit is heavier than I expected, so installation was definitely easier with two people. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to do and has more features than most basic window units.
