This AC gets very cold and cools my room down really fast. It seems like something you can leave installed year-round since it is insulated and also has a heating function. It feels high quality and works great. The instructions were just a tiny bit confusing about how to set up the support triangles, but it was simple enough to figure out on my own. Overall, a great product and exactly what I was expecting.

This air conditioner cools really fast and keeps the space super comfortable! I love that it comes with a handy remote and smart app connectivity so it can be controlled directly from mobile device. The different operating modes are a huge plus. My only drawback is the size and weight but otherwise, it works fantastic!

The package arrived in a timely manner and was in excellent condition. This unit is very heavy! I assume because it has both heat and air conditioning. However that seems to be the only downside to this product! It came with everything needed for installation including extra insulation to cover the plastic fins that expand to fit your window opening as well as the tape to hold it in place and seal up any gaps. It keeps our sunroom nice and cool in the hot humid Mississippi summer! I will update this winter as to its ability to keep that room full of windows warm. The remote control is easy to understand and use. All in all I am pleased so far and would definitely recommend this unit.
