This is my third unit. After 1 year the outside unit stopped working. Have had nothing but problems with this unit. These units may be very easy to install and cooled the room well but now I'm out $1,300.00 plus the install and the repair. I did have an installer install the units and at first was impressed but after him coming back he is not so much now. Also NO help from anyone with anything. I would not recommend this unit.....

The Units look find, but unfortunately I had to send them back because the condenser is only 27,000BTU with 3 zones that are 12,000.
