Seems to be working great. Easy to install. The room is bigger than 550 and it keeps it all cool. Filter is easy to remove and clean. It was delivered very quickly. Fast

So far so good! Very quiet, even on the highest setting and blowing out ice cold air! Shipping was fast and insulation was easy and straightforward. There should be more than enough to cool our bedroom in this brutal heat. I haven’t tried the Wi-Fi yet but I plan on doing that soon and it’ll be nice to turn it on before we get home so that the room is already nice and cool

I have not connected this to the window permanently yet but I have plugged it in and tried it out and it works great! I like that it comes with a remote control. It is fairly heavy so you may need two people to install. I am hoping it is energy efficient as stated but won’t know until I run it more during the summer. Overall this seems to be a good value for money product.

My AC I got is making a loud rattling sound. It is not quiet.
