⭐️ Very Disappointed — Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service I purchased this bathroom vanity from Wayfair and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The finish was poorly done—uneven, bumpy, and visibly defective in several areas. For the price, I expected much better workmanship and quality control. Unfortunately, the customer service experience made the situation even more frustrating. I contacted Wayfair with photos of the damage and was offered a replacement part, but no meaningful discount or reasonable solution for the inconvenience. The replacement would require me to disassemble the vanity that had already been installed, remove the damaged component, and rebuild it again. This is a major inconvenience, especially when you have already paid a contractor and are in the middle of a bathroom remodel. Timing was especially important because my contractor needed the vanity in place to continue with the rest of the bathroom renovation. Instead of making the situation easier, the proposed solution created additional work, delays, and frustration. I expected Wayfair to stand behind the product and provide a reasonable resolution given the manufacturing defects. Unfortunately, I felt like I had to go back and forth just to get help with an item that should have arrived in acceptable condition in the first place. Do yourself a favor and think twice before purchasing this vanity. Don’t waste your money or your time dealing with the hassle. Between the poor workmanship, defective finish, inconvenience of replacing parts, and disappointing customer service, this has been a horrible experience. After this experience, I will seriously reconsider purchasing from Wayfair again. I expected better quality and much better customer service.
