It took four tries to get the right parts. Instead of sending just the part I needed, they sent a complete new unit (weighing a out 70 pounds) so that I had to search for the part. Then I had to repack and return the boxes four times!. Now they are ignoring me because I asked for compensation for the handyman I hired twice to assesble, disassemble and reassemble.

Love love love my fireplace. Right size for area location in my house. As a female putting it together alone was pretty easy. Would definitely recommend to others. Color match other furniture in home. Merry Merry Christmas.

Love it! Cant wait to finish decorating this room. Many prints for walls and many framed photos in black wood frames for the shelve areas!

Very nice piece of furniture, matches my other pieces well. But during assembly, one of the camlocks used to hold the parts together, protruded through the front, on the decorative front panel. I used the same technique and torque on all the camlocks, only this one came through the wood. I have asked for a new front panel so I can replace it. UPDATE Wayfair responded quickly to my concerns, sent me out a new panel right away. While replacing it, I found the camlock that was at the location of the damage was misshaped, the back tang stuck out away from the body of the camlock. I checked out the others as I replaced the panel and found 3-4 more that had this same problem. My advice is to check the camlocks before putting them in, and if necessary, gently bend the back tang back into place, parallel with the front of the camlock, with a pliers. I have updated my rating to a 5 because of the response from Wayfair.
