The first one we received the sink was chipped and had a crack thru the whole basin. Had to go thru some AI Bots to get to a human to get a replacement sent. They offered to have someone come out to fix it - I said no thanks because it's the basin and don't want leaks. (Do better Wayfair! Provide logical solutions!). I'm peeved because my contractor is here this week but will now require an extra trip when this arrives 10/13. I'm hoping it arrives earlier than their expected dated so I can finish my half bath. I'll come back and update the review if the replacement comes in a single piece. Fingers crossed!
