This unit does provide an option for sidesplashes. The first one we ordered was never delivered because Wayfair caught a manufacturing defect in the countertop, so we had to wait another two weeks for delivery. The second one was delivered with a manufacturing defect in the backsplash and we didn't catch it when delivered. So we had to opt for a custom tile backsplash instead. Just over a month after we purchased this, one of the vanity sinks developed a hairline crack in it and Wayfair said their warranty was only 30 days. Very disappointed in the quality of this and really disappointed in the lack of support for the defective sink.
