Love this wall warmer! Perfect size and I am still waiting for it to be hard wired. The brushed nickel matches all my hardware, looks really great! Thanks

The measurements provided in the instruction manual did not match the actual product dimensions. We followed the manual carefully, measured the area, and drilled the holes accordingly. However, during installation, we discovered that the product measurements were different from those specified in the manual. As a result, we had to remove the fixtures, repair the wall, and drill new holes based on the actual product dimensions. This caused significant inconvenience and resulted in additional labor costs. We are very disappointed with the inaccurate instructions and hope the manufacturer updates the manual to prevent other customers from facing the same issue.

Exactly what we needed to keep our towels dry and warm: easy assembly and works very well!

OMG, this is something everyone should have! I am in the process of redoing all the hardware in my guest bathroom to black and this towel warmer is amazing. you will need to have an outlet close by, but this is designed such that you can choose which side to connect the cord to the outlet, which is nice because every bathroom is set up differently. I plugged it in and it started heating right away. Although I haven’t installed it yet (I have to get another outlet first), this warmer will be an excellent addition to the bathroom.

We haven’t installed this towel warmer yet because we have to have a new electrical outlet installed. It’s really sleek looking and according to our contractor, easy to install. I’m looking forward to having warm towels as we get put of the shower.
