The towel bar is sturdy attractive. It has just been installed in a new bathroom that’s still in the progress of being built.

I received as part of the tried and true program. This came well packaged/protected, the color is perfect, I wish it was a bit bigger in depth but overall it works for us. Installation was fine, not the easiest but my husband managed to installed it fine.

I have a really small bathroom where I don’t really have room to hang my towels. So I decided to add this shelf inside the bathroom where I can at least place two towels for me and my husband. Love the matted color of the shelf and the size fit perfectly on the wall inside my tub.

This towel bar is exactly what I needed to add extra hanging space when I have guests. A single towel bar works fine when it’s just me, but once guests arrive, I quickly run out of room for damp towels. I really appreciate that this towel bar extends farther than my original one, which allowed me to install it on the only available wall in the bathroom. The shelf on top is an added bonus—it’s perfect for keeping extra washcloths and hand towels easily accessible for guests. Overall, it’s a functional, space-saving solution that does exactly what I hoped it would.

Overall: Looks good, but frustrating to install and use The towel rack looks nice once installed and the materials feel decent for the price. The finish matches well with modern bathrooms, and it feels sturdy enough when mounted. That said, there are a few design issues that really take away from the experience. The multiple slats sound nice in theory, but in practice they’re awkward and annoying to use. Hanging and removing towels isn’t as smooth as it should be, especially compared to a standard single-bar rack. Installation was also more frustrating than expected. While mounting it, the brushed silver finish left visible marks on the wall, which was disappointing and required touch-up afterward. On top of that, the set screw that secures the rack to the mounting hardware is positioned extremely close to the wall. Because of this, tightening it requires an Allen key to be turned a tiny amount at a time — it honestly felt like it took a thousand turns to get it snug. In short: it looks good and feels okay once installed, but the usability and installation design could be much better. I’d recommend it only if aesthetics matter more to you than convenience.
