UPDATE - less than a year old and it is coming apart. The black piece hanging from the bottom of the faucet arm is supposed to be. It cannot be pushed back in and it cannot be pulled out. The response from manufacturer - pull the piece out - put waterproof glue on it and stick it back in.
I am so done with this manufacturer -Wonderland Shower Inc. and product, I’m ready to just replace it with something else.
BACKSTORY: When this faucet arrived, I loved it as did the plumber and I gave it a five star review that I deleted with this update. the first issue was the wrong size hose, which they immediately corrected and stated all faucets were now shipping with the correct size. That was Jacky and she was awesome.
The next problem was the other faucet dripped water out because there was an interior problem impacting the water flow. This took several weeks of going back-and-forth with the manufacturer, and in desperation, I reached out to Wayfair. Within hours, the manufacturer changed their tune and would send me a new faucet.
Wonderland Shower Inc. does not stand by their products. Dealing with Customer Service is a nightmare. Jacky was great to deal with. She apparently is no longer there and now you get a runaround. I didn’t have the bandwidth to spend another several weeks going back and forth with them about the inside coming out. I told them the piece couldn’t be removed, and they ignored me and insisted the solution was to pull it out, slap, waterproof glue on it and shove it back in. DO NOT BUY THIS FAUCET
