Love this will definitely be buying more for two other bathroom’s.

after a year, the mirror edging is fraying and there are black spots pealing off the mirror. Very disappointing. This is going all around the frame and for the money, not pleased at all!

Great product for the price. Good quality and is what it is advertised to be. Note, if performing a recessed install you need room above the drywall opening for the plug.

Not very clear about electrical connection. Hardware they sent will never hold the weight without putting wood in the wall. Never warned.

I had trouble a couple times, but they finally sent me one that was really nice
