The photo on your website gives the impression that the item is much bigger than the very small hook received which makes it way overpriced! I will keep it only because I do not want to have to pay return fees but it is a bad purchase and the size should be very emphasized on your site. Was my last purchase with your company.

The picture makes it look like there is clear rubber padding at the top to protect the glass. There are only two tiny rubber rings near the bottom. I am afraid without careful use it will scratch my glass. I will be returning it given how much it costs.

This is the most functional, as well as beautiful towel hook I’ve ever seen, much less purchased. We use it on our glass shower door, it will only fit over the glass not the sidewalk frames.
