Opened the box this afternoon to find a beautiful cabinet and a cracked countertop! What am I supposed to do now? You’ll have to zoom in to see the crack.

The vanity looks like it is very nice material and built well however there was damage to both the vanity and countertop (a mark on the counter top and bubbling, a scratch and one long drip on the paint (all to the sides and back)). These items should more thoroughly inspected before they are packaged and shipped to the customer. The rating has been adjusted upward as the manufacturer responded quickly and offered to replace or discount the item.
