After mishaps with pet sitters and keys, we had to get a keypad deadbolt. It has been great. My only complaint is the low battery warning & subsequent dead battery are ill timed. Always have a replacement set of batteries at the ready.

The Z-wave integration requires you to first setup a Yale account via Bluetooth. Then use the app to set the lock up to be controlled by another hub.

Complicated instructions of how to put together. Lots of little pieces. Make sure it fits your door or else it’s a pain and you have to go buy tools to make fit, which are not cheap.

I absolutely love this Yale Assure Lock 2 by Yale Home. The ease of use alone is worth the investment. Installation was pretty straight forward. If you’ve ever changed a lock or doorknob, you can install this. Zero regrets!
