I just got the lock and everything looks fine except the manual is a little bit broken, which made me wonder if it is brand new. But other than that, I like the lock. It is working exactly like what the description says and it looks nice on the door too. I can't speak for the battery life.

After trying numerous smart locks we went with yale because of the quality and robust build. Motor is powerful and the mountain hardware is of very very good quality. Don't play around with cheap locks you get what you pay for.
