Everything is OK ! I'm just a favorable Negative person. Have had trouble with the seat staying stable, so I ordered a new one to correct the problem.

The supplier responded immediately to my dilemma with the toilet seat. They sent me pictures and videos to assist me with attaching the seat to the bowl. Thank you for giving me 5-star customer service!!!

The ceramic part of the toilet looks nice; no issues. However, our plumber had to acquire an appropriate flush handle part since the part that came with the toilet was not compatible with the curved bowl; it hit the tank and stopped it from flushing! Photo attached. Also, the box the manufacturer ships this in is also not filled completely with padding, which caused a plastic, internal toilet part to be broken - another part that had to be replaced by the plumber.

As I have gotten older it became a hassle getting up from a standard height toilet. This toilet did the trick. The flush mechanism works flawlessly and it has no problem eliminating waste with the 1.28 GPF.

This toilet is tall so it's easier to use and easier to clean! It includes the toilet seat and the ring for installation. The plumber found it so easy to install, he asked us to buy the same toilet for another bathroom.
