ZEN Design warrants to the homeowner/consumer its products against defects in materials and workmanship, as determined by ZEN Design for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover any causes of malfunction other than defects in materials and workmanship, such as malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, modification, improper installation, or usual and customary wear. ZEN Design will send a replacement product to our customer. The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fee currently in effect. This warranty specifically does not include costs for the removal of the defective product or installation of the replacement. If the defective product has been discontinued, ZEN Design reserves the right to replace the defective product with a comparable product currently manufactured by Zen Design. There is no guarantee of full interchangeability offered, and the warranty does not apply to a discontinued product if at ZEN Design's discretion a comparable product is not available. To obtain a replacement under this warranty, consumers must return the defective product, postage prepaid.
