The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. Just received the delivery. The delivery people seems to be helpful and professional. The bathtub looks fine. Only thing is that the packaging is very minimum. No cardboard box or anything. just few wood blanks to secure it during transportation. Its not really appropriate packaging judging that most of bathtubs will arrive in construction sites. if anything hard drops on it it will get damaged.
