I ordered this tile and received it the first time with the corner broken into several pieces and one piece shattered - it was not reparable. Things happen, so I just asked for a return, which was honored. I just received the 2nd one and THIS one is also broken. ( It’s clear that the process used to package is ineffective with a thin layer of bubble wrap and a thin layer of styrofoam. I glued this piece back on since it was a larger chunk and I am now out of time to get my contractor to stay to hang it, but I am super angry that I have an imperfect piece for something so pricey.
