The Hand Shower and the water faucet at the bottom are not metal. The plastic feels cheep. (looks good) the hand shower faucet hose was also a bit cheap feeling. I replaced the hand shower and hose with another I had for a much stronger feeling product. Install was very easy. the finish was excellent especially for the low price. I like the way it looks and feels. I hope it last for a few years. We are very happy with the look and performance. The packaging was excellent. Fedex did not beat up the box.. John. Yorkville, IL.
