The company reached out to me to address my issues with the seat. They even offered the design upgrade that had the better seat. Ive been preoccupied with a lot of life responsibilities and would have to pay to install a different toilet. I do not really have the resources to do that at this time. I explained that and they were very understanding and really just wanted me to be satisfied with the product. I am so impressed by the manufacturers customer service. I did not reach out to this company or expectask them to do anything. They clearly monitor these reviews and are proactive. Very impressive. I would like to mention ... My dad ended up saying that he didnt think the seat was too bad. My mom actually loves the toilet so I do want to provide their feedback since they are the ones who primarily use this bathroom. Revising this review to give the company their well earned credit for going above and beyond. Also adding a star since my dad said the seat was manageable for him and Mom saying it is her favorite toilet.
INITIAL REVIEW
The design is my favorite part. It’s super sleek. My plumber put it in with zero trouble, though he ended up using my old hose for some reason instead of the one in the box. The kick flush works great and is super handy. It does have a side button on the right, but since it’s tucked up near my cabinet, nobody is really going to notice or use that anyway. The height is also awesome. My biggest issue, though, is the seat. It is just not comfortable. The rim is super thin all the way around, so the opening feels huge, almost like you’re going to fall in if you dont have a big bottom. I’m definitely going to need to get a cushion or pad for it, especially so my elderly dad can sit comfortably. Overall, it looks amazing and the foot flush is great, but you’ll definitely need a cushion. One last thing I like to mention, Is I dont like the label under the seat that cannot be removed ..
