We are so excited to have this installed.we are redoing our master bath but I didnt want to heat the floor.I did some research and the Delta breeze came up with glowing reviews.its a green product it has a heat lamp, its small ,quiet and its to code.It does need its own circuit. We were fortunate that our panel wasnt far so pulling wire was not a huge issue. We are so happy we went this way bc it seems so much more adaptable to each persons needs..
