Really really really nice. Yes this is for a sandwich or salad bar but I definitely intend to use this for my sourdough. Its perfect for keeping my sourdough loaves right at the perfect temperature for its col fermentation. This fridge can be very versatile.

Excellent stainless steel commercial sandwich line. We’ve plugged it in and everything is cooling to the correct temperature already. Top and bottom refrigeration work great, three panel doors are very convenient, and it’s now loaded up and on its way to the restaurant.
