Très belle piece de bois d'acacia solide et de qualité. Un bel ajout comme extension à mon îlot de cuisine et la couleur s'harmonise bien avec mes armoires.

I wanted to build my wife a standing desk for her new home office. The finish is nice, but I would take off a star or two because the wood was not clear and had more knots than finer furniture. It was VERY confusing (& frustrating) to figure out how to further protect my desktop from water marks and physical abuse. The paperwork said it needed to be sealed withy 48 hours of opening the plastic. But that might be for the unfinished product. Does one have to sand? Use Hard wood oil? Polyurethane? It gave 2nd thoughts as to whether it was all worth it. Yet, other sources said it had a ‘finished’ coating. Went to talented friends and several AI platforms for answers. Howizz, the manufacturer has no CS! It seems to have some type of finish but who knows what?! I will use beeswax to protect it, but I still don’t know the answer!
