The product came with a large chip in one corner and the molding around the perimeter was peeling off. I contacted customer service and provided an explanation and pictures of the damaged product. They offered me a 40 percent refund and I could keep the product. They suggested I use the refund amount to fix the damage. In my opinion, not the best end result. If I wanted a full refund or replacement, I would have had to package and ship it back to Wayfair. In the end, I do not believe the customer should be inconvenienced or have to settle anything less than their expected product because the product they received arrived damaged, which is the result of poor quality control on the part of Wayfair,
