The table is easy to assemble and sturdy. All of the surfaces are easy to clean. I intend to use this mostly for cleaning and processing meat as the stainless surfaces will be easy to sanitize. The table can easily handle multiple pork shoulders or a deer quarter. The drawers are great for packaging supplies and knife storage. I wish I would have got this sooner!

I ordered this stainless steel prep table with 3 drawers and was pleasantly surprised by how thick the stainless steel was and it's durability. The open shelves are wide allowing for lots of storage and the 3 drawers are deep which is great as it will hold all my long cooking spoons, spatulas, and knives. Those 3 drawers open very smoothly with quality hardware. The table does show finger prints easily but cleans quickly with stainless steel spray. I was extremely impressed with the scratch proof wrap covering every part of the table ensuring no scratching of the stainless steel finish. I would suggest taking that film off at the very last step because it will protect the table from any scratching during assembly. Also, the protective film does not come off easily but trust me, that is a good thing. I'm super happy with this prep table and it makes my kitchen look very professional.
