This rug arrived quickly, no smell, and was the perfect size for my entry way. It is soft blues with grays and I couldn’t be happier. Will be ordering the larger one for my living room.

First of all, this rug is SUPER heavy (60lbs). That's not a criticism, just an FYI. The reason for my rating is that it arrived with one end wet. The plastic and canvas covering on that end was ripped and tattered, so somehow water must have gotten in. When I pulled back more of the plastic on that end (assuming it was just dampness I could live with), I found a lot of brown gunkiness all over it (see photos). Some of it was still wet and slimy, other parts were dry and looked like cat vomit. I called Wayfair immediately, and the rep (Sama) was very helpful in getting a return, pick-up, and refund started. I'm grateful for that and for not having opened the whole thing before discovering this... I don't know how I would have ever managed to get that 60 lb rug back in its packaging! My rating isn't for the rug or Wayfair per se, but the 1 star is for the delivery - they communicated well, and delivered on time, but the damaged product delivery was very poor. Honestly, I would be happier if the delivery person/company noted the damage and returned it to the warehouse before ever dropping it off. I would rather get a delayed product in good shape than lug a 60lb rug into my home and then have to reseal it and lug it back out for pick-up. Oh well. I'll still order from Wayfair again in the future.

Ignore all the weights for the creases. Highly recommend this rug. High quality for a low price. It’s beautiful and elegant
