Tapis oriental Cindra Performance

I ordered the beige/blue version of this rug. It was mislabeled because I actually received the ivory/grey version of this rug. I am returning to hopefully get the correct one. I was told there was a chance I’d receive the incorrect one again. Obviously there was an issue with mislabeling and I don’t understand why there is no quality control to double check before sending out my replacement. If I receive the incorrect rug again, I was advised to return again and just order a different rug.
