One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had! The carpet is advertised as grey with a black border. It is in fact a dirty beige with grey border. It looks very dirty and is very cheap looking. When I tried to return it I was given only the option of receiving a 20% discount or pay return shipping, which amounts to almost $100. I am now stuck with a rug that is dirty, not at all as described and of the cheapest quality I have ever seen. This may be my last Wayfair purchase! The company needs to stand by its quality and not penalize customers who receive damaged/misadvertised products.
