I bought this as an indoor living room rug. This is definitely more of an outdoor rug rather than an indoor rug. It is not soft, and rough on bare feet. I also had issues with corners curling up, and have had to keep weight on the corners to keep it down. I would not buy again, and will likely switch it out for something softer. It does look nice if you don't mind the roughness.
