Used, stained and damaged rug!!! They sent me a resale product not the brand new one. It looks like a return from someones order as it was not in the original rolled packaging ,after opening and laying it on the floor it was confirmed on seeing the dirty shoe markings on the rug. Extremely disappointing. Dont have time and energy to spend hours with wayfair customer service to debate on this. I may just give it away to someone and not use it at all . I am losing faith in Wayfair with furniture purchases .

Obsessed with this rug. It is more of a cream than ivory but still love it! It’s so soft and the aesthetic is easy to pair with everything.

I’m in love with this rug. I probably wouldn’t have purchased it for a high traffic area if I knew it left prints behind but whatever. It’s super soft. I also thought it was heavy enough without a rug mat until my dog proved me wrong.

Great quality rug, looks great in our bedroom!
