I do like this. It forest hold many pair of shoes but a decent smaller size bench. Holds up well.

It’s sturdy and a little longer than expected.

Although I liked this shoe rack, it came with defects. I contacted Wayfair and was told to keep or donate it and Wayfair promised to deliver another one. After the wait of one week, I received the item again. Even before I touched box, I saw part of the box was torn. When I opened it, the same defect was visible and seemed to be repaired some way. I immediately responded to the email message that Wayfair sent me as they do every time the shipment is delivered, telling them the problem and asked for the return label and refund. I was directed to a “chat”. After explaining the problem, the Wayfair “chat person” told me that the record of the entire conversation would be forwarded to “customer service”. I have been waiting for an answer but never received one. I hope Wayfair will give me the refund and send me the address for return so that I can ship it back free.
