Tissu Tuba

This was beautiful fabric although the information didn’t say it was sheer, that was ok though because I had brown fabric I could put under it to get the look I wanted. My problem was I ordered a yard (1 yard). I don’t know who cut this piece or who measured or who inspected it ( nobody filled in the “ inspected and cut by” paper that was included with the order). It measured 56”x 29 12 “… last time I checked, a yard was 36”. I wanted two chair pillows but only had enough fabric to do lumbar pillows. The worst part was the price, 44.00 a yard, ( now on sale for 42.00). I was charged the full amount and only received 29 12 “. ☹️. Quality control Not very happy.
