Very disappointed in the quality of this product. First, the item was not properly packaged with bubble wrap or anything to protect the chalkboard from potential damage. The item arrived with a cracked frame, and it looked poorly constructed. Wayfair offered to replace the item at no charge, so I did. The replacement chalkboard arrived in the same condition, with no protection and with cracks in the frame. I am sorely disappointed. The product quality is not worth the price they charge. Now I have to contact customer service for a full refund because when I try to start a return, I’m being charged a return shipping fee. Delivery was amazing. I couldn’t open it until a couple days later and it was hung up for me by my son and husband. They pointed out the really bad craftsmanship. Had I known I would’ve returned it. I was given 20% back but honestly for a 500+ dollar chalkboard and the quality it really wasn’t a significant amount. I was probably better off buying a smaller used one off marketplace. Better use of my money.

Perfect for lessons with my toddler. I hung it on his level. We love to add magnets on it as well.

Nice quality! I just didn’t realize the chalk ledge was on the long-side. This was not clear in the description. I had to unscrew it and take it off, as I was hanging it vertically. I also had to add extra hardware to hang vertically. The board should come ready to hang both horizontally and vertically. Especially for five hundred dollars.
