It's a great product once installed. My only minor complaint is the screws were flathead screws. Who uses flathead screws? So hard and time consuming compared to others. Also, there is a piece that comes with the mount (a plastic sticky back piece) that looks important but there is nothing in the instructions about it AT ALL. No mention of this piece at all in the literature! So weird. The mount seems fine without out it but I still want to know what it was for.
