This is not actually an enamel chalkboard, it’s piece of wood painted with chalk paint. I guess you could use chalk pens on on it just fine, but if you are looking to use actual chalk, this is not the chalkboard for you. I was extremely disappointed to find this out the hard way.

Meh. Wood looks white washed in the photos but it’s just pale bare wood, not finished at all. Not magnetic, plastic blackboard. Whatever.

Perfect size for my grandchildren.

Very large chalkboard for the price but the quality or the frame is very poor.
